What we do
Hybrid Forums
Spaces for horizontal dialogue to discuss controversies triggered by a specific topic or spillover in order to seek solutions or points of agreement among various participants.
Consultation Councils
Spaces for participatory and co-designed governance that seek to strengthen or improve the management of a particular issue in a public or private organization or reach agreements in medium—and long-term processes.
Open House
An open place to discuss and disseminate information about the implementation of a territorial program, a public or private initiative, the development of a project or coexistence among them.
Town Council
A space for extensive and public participation that seeks to forge a shared understanding of a territory, including its challenges and needs. The council identifies possible paths for collective development in the long term and is generally applied at the outset of a territorial deployment.
Technical Committees
An intersectoral work setting that seeks to provide the technical and social viability of projects and programs within a territory or organization.
Vision Forums
These forums provide stakeholders of a given territory with the opportunity to work together to build a long-term vision and identify elements that define their identity and their expectations for development.
