Denisse is a psychologist with a degree from the University of Valparaiso and has developed her career in a variety of fields, including social and market research, teaching, and the construction of insights, narratives and identity systems for companies and civil society organizations. She worked in strategic planning for 7 years at Lado Humano Research Consulting and went on to lead the research area of Falabella Retail for 3 years. She joined TIRONI in 2010, where she is now a Partner and leader of the Identity and Design practice.

At TIRONI she has led and participated in consulting processes for Elige Educar, Techo Chile, Servicio Jesuita a Migrantes, Universidad Diego Portales, Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, Escuela de Gobierno UC, Escuela de Ingeniería UC, IDRC (International Development Research Centre), Moneda Asset, Banco Santander, LATAM airlines, Red de Alimentos, Arauco, Finning Sudamérica, CMR, Enap, Mall Plaza, Movistar, Televisión Nacional de Chile and the AFP Association, among others.

She holds a Master's degree in Anthropology and Development from the Universidad de Chile and a Master's in Sociology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
