A sociologist, he began working in research on youth and culture, which led him to form and direct the consulting firm Básica, specializing in opinion and press studies. He has worked for the Fondo de Solidaridad Social, the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, the Ministry General Secretariat of Government and the National Television Council.
At TIRONI, he has advised companies, municipalities and institutions, specializing in community, environmental and cultural issues and management of territorial development projects such as PRES Constitución, Calama Plus and Somos Choapa.
He has been a professor at the Alberto Hurtado and Adolfo Ibáñez universities since 1999.
