Her career has developed from a diverse background of work in consulting, companies, public services and the media.

She began working at TIRONI in 2007, participating in projects for the Ministry of Social Development, Municipality of Valparaiso and Codelco, among others. Subsequently, she developed her career at Televisión Nacional in the foreign productions department before moving to community relations and public affairs.

She was Director of Community Relations at Arauco (Nueva Aldea Forestry and Industrial Complex) and Metro de Santiago, where she served as Head of Community Relations for four years. There, she led the socio-environmental management of major projects, including Lines 6 and 3, and the early participation of Line 7 and operational extensions.

Flavia has a degree in Social Communication from the University of Chile, a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Ottawa (Canada), and Certificates in Public Policy from the Pontificia Universidad Católica and Environmental Law from the University of Chile. At TIRONI, she currently participates in developing a wide range of public and private projects with institutions that include the Regional Government, the Ministry of Mining, among others, and companies such as Antofagasta Minerals and Gold Fields.
