A social psychologist with over 20 years of professional experience, he has specialized in the design and conduction of collaborative processes oriented towards community development, organizational change and controversy management.
He has led numerous dialogue processes in public agencies, social organizations and major companies. Projects include the participatory design of reparation measures conducted by Arauco in the Cruces River wetland, the Metro community relations strategy, the participation process of the ARAUCO forestry company towards FSC® certification, organizational change at Finning South America, and the design of the Somos Choapa program for Minera Los Pelambres.
He was an advisor to the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency for the constitutional process. He holds a master's degree in Social Psychology and is a doctoral candidate in Social Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona.
